Both. We're a design-build studio — we handle interior design as well as full building construction, renovation and structural rebuilds, all managed by the same in-house team.

Yes. We regularly step into projects that stalled or went off-plan with a previous contractor, reassess the site and existing work, and take it through to completion.
Yes, for structural work such as floor additions or load-bearing changes, we coordinate the necessary engineering sign-offs and support you through local approval requirements.
